Chat and browser storage

The LeadConnector / HighLevel chat widget loads on public website pages. Its provider receives the technical request information needed to deliver the widget and may use cookies or browser storage to maintain conversations, remember preferences and support the service. Messages and contact details you submit are processed for your inquiry. The widget may store session or visitor identifiers and information about the referring website or campaign to associate inquiries with their source.

You can use browser settings to block or remove cookies and storage, although doing so may interrupt chat. Email [email protected] if you prefer to contact us without using chat.

Embedded maps and local forecasts

Google Maps frames load automatically on service and location pages. That connection allows Google to process request information and use its own technologies under its policies. Written town information and direct Google Maps links are also available. Map and forecast city selectors use the town you choose; they do not request your device location.

Weather panels request town-level NOAA/NWS forecasts through our server. They do not ask your browser for precise location. Opening an external forecast or other third-party link connects you directly to that provider.

Administration and other tools

CMS administrators use authentication session mechanisms for sign-in. Those sessions are separate from public browsing. The project planner creates a downloadable brief in your browser; downloading that brief does not send it to us.

This release does not add Google Analytics or advertising pixels. We will update this notice and provide any required choices if additional tracking services are introduced.
