Effective and last updated: October 24, 2026. These Terms of Service apply to certifiedroofsystems.com, operated by Certified Roof Systems LLC ("Certified Roof Systems," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use.

Website information and roofing agreements

Website content helps property owners understand roofing services and prepare for a conversation. It is general information, not a site inspection, engineering assessment, insurance coverage determination, binding estimate or warranty.

A website inquiry, chat conversation or appointment request does not create a roofing contract, reserve a crew, establish a price or guarantee a schedule. Project scope, materials, price, payment terms, permits, schedule and warranties must be confirmed in a separate written agreement. That agreement controls the work it covers.

Service availability, product suitability and installation conditions depend on the property and project. Information about manufacturer certifications or products does not extend a manufacturer warranty or guarantee eligibility for a particular warranty.

Inquiries, chat and response times

Provide accurate contact and project information, and submit only material you have authority to share. We may use your information to respond and coordinate the next step, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Chat may use automated features to collect information or assist with replies. A chat response is not a substitute for a confirmed assessment, proposal or written project agreement. Availability and response times vary; no continuous monitoring or immediate response is promised.

The website, email and chat are not emergency-dispatch channels. For immediate threats to life or safety, contact emergency services. Do not climb onto a wet, icy, unstable or damaged roof to investigate a problem.

Optional text messaging

When you separately opt in to text messages from Certified Roof Systems, the program may include responses to inquiries, appointment coordination, project updates and any promotional messages specifically described at consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to promotional messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. For additional assistance, email [email protected]. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Your consent and contact information are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not enroll a phone number that you do not control. Tell us if your number changes so we can update communication preferences.

Weather, resources and external services

NOAA/NWS weather panels provide town-level forecasts to support planning. They are not measurements taken on your roof, engineering snow-load calculations or a determination that roof access or construction is safe. Conditions can change, and forecasts or alerts may be delayed or unavailable. Crews must evaluate site conditions and product requirements before work.

Third-party maps, chat, links and resources are provided for convenience. Their availability and practices are controlled by their providers. We do not guarantee third-party content or services, and a link does not create an endorsement or affiliation beyond what is expressly stated.

Images and intellectual property

Unless identified as an original project photograph, roof scenes and before-and-after comparisons are AI-generated illustrations, not records of completed Certified Roof Systems projects. Leadership experience described on this site refers to the individuals’ prior work; it does not mean this new company performed those earlier projects.

Site text, layout and brand assets are owned by or used with permission by Certified Roof Systems or their respective owners. You may view and use the website for personal project planning. Do not copy, sell, alter or reuse our branding or substantial site content without permission or another lawful basis.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to send spam, deceptive or unlawful material; impersonate others; upload malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; disrupt services; or collect another person’s information without authority. We may restrict misuse to protect the website, users and our business.

Submitting project information authorizes us and our service providers to process it as necessary to address your request. It does not transfer ownership of your photographs or grant unrelated advertising rights.

Website availability and limits

We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but website content and availability may change or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, the website and its general informational content are provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, completeness or suitability for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from website use or inability to use it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, waives nonwaivable consumer rights or changes obligations in a signed roofing agreement.

Privacy, applicable law and updates

Our Privacy Policy explains how website and communication information is handled. These website terms are governed by Montana law, subject to applicable federal law and mandatory consumer protections. No arbitration requirement or waiver of statutory remedies is created by these terms.

We may revise these terms as the website changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Changes to a signed project agreement require the process stated in that agreement.
