Information you provide

When you contact us by email, a website form or chat, we receive the information you choose to share. This can include your name, email address, phone number, property or project location, requested timing, roofing needs, photographs or files you send, and your messages.

Please provide only information needed for your roofing inquiry. Do not send payment-card information, passwords, access codes, government identifiers, health information or other sensitive records through website forms or chat.

Website and chat information

Our hosting and security systems process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps and error records to deliver and protect the website.

The website uses a LeadConnector / HighLevel chat widget. Loading or using it allows the chat provider to process connection and device information; starting a conversation also provides your messages and any contact details you submit. The service may use cookies or browser storage to maintain a conversation and remember its state. Chat communications may be stored so we can respond and follow up on your request. The widget may also process the page and referring website, campaign parameters and browser or session identifiers to connect an inquiry with its source.

Google Maps embeds load automatically on service and location pages. Google receives information needed to display the map and may use its own technologies under its policies. The roofing-weather panels use a server connection to NOAA/NWS based on the selected town; they do not request your device location. Following an external forecast link connects you directly to that provider.

How we use information

We use information to answer questions, assess a requested roofing project, arrange follow-up or appointments, prepare proposals, provide services, maintain related business records, protect the website, resolve issues and meet applicable legal obligations.

We use the contact information you supply to respond to your request. A submitted phone number or chat message alone is not consent to unrelated marketing. Any optional promotional messaging requires the consent applicable to that communication.

Service providers and disclosures

Information may be processed by providers that support our website hosting, communication, chat, customer records and security. This includes DigitalOcean for website infrastructure and LeadConnector / HighLevel for the chat service. Providers receive information needed for their functions.

We may also disclose information when required by law or a valid legal process, to protect people or legal rights, to professional advisers for business purposes, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their independent marketing. Mobile information and text-message opt-in consent are not shared for third-party marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers may process this information as needed to deliver communications on our behalf.

Text messages and communication choices

If you separately opt in to receive text messages from Certified Roof Systems, messages may concern your inquiry, appointments, project updates or any promotional category identified when you consent. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Consent to promotional texts is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for assistance. You can also contact [email protected] to ask for help or change communication preferences. We may still retain records needed to honor an opt-out or comply with legal requirements.

We use access controls, secure connections and other reasonable measures to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

Your privacy choices and requests

Depending on your location and the laws that apply, you may also have rights to obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent or opt out of certain processing.
